Why you should have a Wedding video

When you're looking carefully at costs, you may find it difficult to see the value in having your Wedding filmed. Particularly if you're already paying for a good Photographer. But having your Wedding day filmed and just as importantly having it filmed really well, is an absolute must. You will find many people will take their own photographs at your Wedding, so along with the ones you've actually paid for you'll have thousands to choose from and remember the day by. How many will take good quality video edited and stylised to your tastes? To us, a Wedding film is a collection of beautiful moving pictures and sounds that record not only the smiles, but the laughter, the cheers, the real energy and emotion of the day.

What we do

We start by creating a package that's absolutely right for you and your Wedding. This can include anything you want. Such as producing a creative entertaining skit before the day itself, that you may want to be played during the wedding or the speeches. Through to the more traditional events that make up your day, arrival of the bride, the ceremony, reception, speeches, cutting the cake, your first dance and so on. Once we've established what's most important to you, we'll do our best to stay out of sight and capture all those special moments as they unfold.

How we work

Before the Wedding, we consult with you, generally by phone up to the day itself, to ensure that we know what's happening and are ready to provide the best possible coverage. We'll ask you for a selection of your music that you'd like us to use to produce your wedding film.

During the Wedding, we'll discreetly capture all the major planned events and the little spontaneous ones as they happen naturally. We'll work with your Photographer to ensure we both get the best shots and aren't bumping elbows with your guests.

After the Wedding, we'll be working hard to edit and produce your DVD or Blu-Ray. We'll invite you to provide us with Photographs for the Case itself along with a list of credits to those who helped make your day so special and any other footage or photos you'd like included within the film. It can typically take around 12 weeks to produce the finished product, which we'll present to you in stylish DVD cases along with a bottle of champagne! The video itself is usually around an hour, plus any special features you've requested, to ensure it remains enjoyable to watch again and again. We'll also provide you with a selection of stills taken from the video on a disc for you to share with friends & family around the world online, along with a short video with a selection of highlights from the day, that could easily be uploaded to youtube or facebook for example if you wanted. This is an entirely complimentary service.

The booking process

Once you've decided you'd like to book with us and have discussed all your requirements, we will provide you with a link to a booking form for your unique package on our Website. This will provide instructions on how to finalise your booking arrangements. It's normal that we would ask for a 30% deposit upon booking.
